I had the pleasure of working with Maya for about two years at Monterrey Elementary. I will always remember her kindness and how she welcomed me and made me feel like part of the team. She was a very sweet, funny girl. I can remember some meetings/trainings in which if not for Maya´s fun stories, comments, and/or jokes; would have been very boring. Thank you Maya for always brightening the day and making us smile. I know how much you will be missed by anyone and everyone you touched in someway. My prayers are with your family.

Our Maya was so much fun to work with! When she joined our team, I thought how can such a young adult want to work with us older ladies? But she was a perfect fit for our team. I loved her sassiness and spunk! We will miss her greatly! Love you Maya!!

Maya, our sweet little Maya, what a Blessing she was to us all. Maya might have been little in stature but she had a mighty personality! Maya cared for people, she made you feel cared about just being around her! I loved her "Shopping Therapy" self care, and her ability to find the funniest Tik Tok videos and memes! I already miss you so much Maya!

Maya!!!! My Maya!!!
When we were in a team meeting, serious meeting, Maya said, "Let´s talk about the elephant in the room."
It had to be serious right? No, it was about food. our outings won´t be the same
So Maya, enjoy the big banquet in front of you
Love you Maya!! CAT MAYA!!
