Maynard Keatts, 78, of Shickshinny, died July 12, 2025. A homegoing service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. A vistation will be at 10 a.m. to service time.

Maynard was a very kind and generous man. He took my son, Tyler, under his wing and taught him responsibility and more importantly the words of the Bible. Tyler is handicapped, yet Maynard had all the patience in the world for him..Maynard will be always remain in our hearts and in our memories. We love you my friend fly high with the angels. You're with the Lord now!
