My sincere condolences to all of Maynard´s family and friends. He was truly one of kind with the best sense of humor. I´ll never forget the good old days at Groucho´s busting on Rick "Spider Ricky Rickorilla Orickatang" Beck! Boy was he mad!! Rest in peace my friend!! You will surely be missed by all who knew you!!
