Meaghan Louise Collins

Meaghan Louise (Ray) Collins, 38 of Follansbee, WV, passed suddenly on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at WVU Medicine - J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Meaghan was born on September 24, 1987 in Dodge City Kansas. She was the daughter of the late Teresa (Ray) Seachris.
Meaghan was a devoted mother, partner, daughter, and family member whose love for her family was at the center of everything she did. While she worked as an office administrator at Terra Tek Solutions, her true joy was found at home and outdoors with those she loved. She cherished fishing and camping, took pride in her beautiful diamond paintings, and treasured every walk, every laugh, and every moment spent with her children.
Meaghan's life was far too short, but her love, strength, and gentle spirit will remain with us always. She lives on in our hearts, our memories, and in the lives of her children, who were her greatest gift along with her beloved husband, Travis.
In addition to her mother, Meaghan was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Gary Collins.
Meaghan is survived by her husband of 21 years, Travis Collins, four loving children, Timothy Collins, Kenzy Collins and her fiancé, Jordan Mercer, Jaedin Collins and Casey Doty, a brother, Robert Ray, a brother-in-law, Gary Collins, a sister-in-law, Shaunna Holliday and her husband, Josh, a mother-in-law, Lisa Collins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717.
