On January 22, 2025 Megan Elizabeth Blum Garcia was met with open arms of the Lord. Megan was born on October, 9 1985 in Fort Pierce, Florida where she grew up. The past year Megan fought an unbelievable fight with such strength and faith. The Lord called her home to join her mother, Kathleen Blum (Terrill) and father, Terry Blum. She was loved by so many and will forever be honored and cherished by the love of her life, husband Oscar Garcia and their four beautiful daughters Johanna Garcia, Selena Garcia, MilaRae Garcia and Cataleya Garcia. Megan will forever be missed by so much family and friends including her sisters Kaitlin Blum, Sara Formelio (John), and Justine Bullers, all of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Megan was a devoted Christian, who began her mornings with her coffee in one hand, her Bible in the other and her praise & worship music for all to hear. She loved with all her heart and taught everyone the word of God. She was the rock for her family and friends, always there to give advice and the most heartfelt prayer one could offer. Megan’s love for everything outdoors began as a little girl who loved to beat all the boys in soccer. She grew up loving the beach and fishing which she passed on to her daughter’s. She saw the beauty in all things God created, every flower and vegetable in her garden and every bird that crossed her path, especially the cardinals. She always had her phone out to capture the magnificent sunrise and sunset and always the smiles on her daughter’s faces. She loved watching her cowboys alongside her husband. Megan’s beauty, laughter and love will forever be held in our hearts. To be lucky enough to know Megan was truly a blessing we will always remember and cherish.
A visitation for Megan will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service located at 3015 Okeechobee Road Fort Pierce, Florida 34947. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery loacated at 3800 Sunrise Blvd. Fort Pierce, Florida 34982.
