Megan Elise Shelley (Jeffcoat), 37, of Lubbock, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Megan was born on June 30, 1986 in Lubbock to Greg and Gail Jeffcoat.
Megan lived her life in the Lubbock area serving her community as a nurse. She was fond of helping those in need and particularly enjoyed helping elderly and young children that had special needs. Her generosity extended to animals. She had a special tenderness towards the less desirable animals and was always taking in strays. She loved dressing up and modeling but equally enjoyed being outdoors, camping, and fishing.
Megan was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her wife Heather Hall, three children, Kaysen Carter, Corbin Rivas, Brayden Shelley, her sister Melissa McDonald, special nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
A celebration of life for Megan will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel in Lubbock, TX.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Foundation. LGMD Awareness Foundation, Inc.
