She is survived by her parents, Ronald Lee Eaglen and Jennifer Conley Eaglen; children, Ryan Eaglen, Rylie Eaglen, Ruby Watkins; fiancé, Chris Slezak; sisters, Monica Harris and Mallory (Robert) Tillman. A service will be held at a later date. Memorials can be made to Chris Slezak, 718 West Lee Ave., Yadkinville, NC 27055. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Eaglen family.
