Melissa Freeman Obituary
Melissa was a self-taught graduate of life. She loved to shop, cook and dress to impress. Never did she leave the house without her flawless makeup and being well put together.
She was a strong loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was very giving of her love and time to whoever was in need. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joys.
Preceded in death by her mother: Gaynell Freeman; sisters, Lillan "Toonie" Alice Freeman and Cynthia Freeman and brother, Leonard Dewitt Freeman, and aunt, Lilia Dumas.
She leaves to cherish her memory; daughter, Shante (Brock) Southwood; sons, Kornell Freeman and Demarlus Freeman; brothers, Sanford Freeman and Mark (Penny) Freeman, Mary Juandoo, and uncle, Elijah Freeman Jr.
She was loved by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Melissa Gaynell Freeman will truly be missed.
