Melissa Pohl Obituary
Our beautiful girl was born and loaned to us on August 24th, 1979 in Port Angeles, WA.
Our time here now, without Missy, is physically void of her smile, her laugh, her loving, kind and thoughtful intentions. She will always be with us though, in the ways she marked her family's lives, those who knew her, and the world at large. Missy loved God and family fiercely and was loyal and true to the many she called friend.
We ache because we miss her, but we are thankful we had her love, as ours, for the time we did.
Godspeed Miss, we will see you on the other side!
Melissa is survived by her parents, Joseph and Mary Pohl, her siblings, Katherine Jacobs, Hannah Morris, Emily Laird, Joe Pohl and their families. She also leaves many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
We welcome those who knew Melissa to celebrate her life with us.
A gathering will be held Sunday February 22nd at Field Hall and Events Center from 1-4pm.

Missy was a true gem! She was such a big part of my life for so long, it's heartbreaking I won't get to see that sweet smile and all the loving encouragement she gave to everyone around her. What a blessing that we will see her again in heaven. In the meantime Miss, you will live on through all of us! I pray every night that the family finds strength and comfort through our Lord Jesus.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your precious daughter, Missy.
I have many lovely memories of your beautiful family from the Lake Dawn community.
As a young girl, Missy was always kind and so trustworthy and responsible to help Ed and I with different chores.
I am so thankful we have our hope in Jesus. Praying for your family at this time of loss

My heart grieves with the Pohl family for the loss of dear Missy. I grew up knowing them at Independent Bible Church, and got to know Missy at youth group. She became a good friend. She was a delight; sweet, and loved God and music. I will always remember her as one of the most selfless people I´ve ever met. Words cannot express my sadness upon the loss of her precious life on this earth.

Miss, we shared so many fun and happy moments. A lot of bloopers that we belly laughed about. A lot of coffees and snacks
You always amazed me with your beautiful voice when we were driving and how you knew all the artists.
You´re were always the life of our gatherings when you attended, never a silent moment and lots of laughs .
When the night was over and the house was quiet George would sigh and say "that girl can sure talk"

I remember when we were young my sister and I would stay the summer at your mom´s house and I always love spending time with u. I love you. And you will be missed. I remember being in the car going someplace and we would be playing John Rubin and everybody would be singing to it. Those were the good old days when I was younger.
