Melvin William Enderle, son of the late Andrew John Enderle and Christine (Backfish) Enderle was born on December 22, 1942 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed his life on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at his residence in Scott City, Missouri at the age of 83 years.
He was the owner and operator of Enderle Farms and member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg, Missouri.
On July 1, 1967 he was united in marriage to Kathy Owen in New Hamburg, Missouri. Mrs. Enderle survives of the home.
Along with his wife, survivors include four sons, Melvin Enderle Jr of New Hamburg, Kyle Enderle, John (Erica) Enderle, and Eric Enderle all of Scott City; five grandchildren, Kyle Enderle Jr., Kody Enderle, Kaden Enderle, Amanda Enderle and Macy Enderle; three great-grandchildren, Sophie, Willow, and Poppie; by two brothers, Orville (Carolyn) Enderle and Ralph (Fimble) Enderle both of New Hamburg; three sisters, Joan Compas of Cape Girardeau, Doris (David) Eftink of Oran, and Kay (Robert) Watkins of Scott City; also, by other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Kyla Jo Enderle and by one sister, Carol Jean Enderle.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City. Funeral mass will be conducted on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Saint Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg with Rev. Daniel Belken officiating. Interment will follow in the Saint Lawrence Cemetery.
