Melvin Joseph Slone 51, of South Point, Ohio went to be with his Lord & savior Friday, December 9th, 2022. He was born March 1, 1971 in Huntington, West Virginia. A graduate of Barboursville High School year 1989. He was the son of Melvin Lenton Slone and Verna Jane Freeman. Melvin was a loving, easygoing soul, he had an amazing work ethic, & a welcoming smile. He was preceded in death by his father Melvin Lenton Slone of Barboursville, West Virginia. He is survived by his mother Verna Jane Freeman of South Point, Ohio. Stepfather Dale Thomas Freeman of South Point, Ohio, his three children Jordan Frame of South Point, Ohio, Dylan Slone of South Point, Ohio, and Leaha White of Ironton, Ohio. Brother Jimmy Slone of Perry, Florida. Sister Leigh Ann Sizemore of Maryville, Tennessee. His four grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH.
