Merrilee Gaydos Obituary
Merrilee Auld Gaydos, age 83. Born February 7, 1942, in Chicago, IL, to Berton and Freda Auld, passed away March 24, 2025.
Merrilee was a 1960 graduate of Dundee Crown High School and received a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University in 1965.
Beloved wife of the late Michael Gaydos. Loving mother of Michael (Sharon) Gaydos, Daliah (George) Papoutsis, Natasha (Agustin) Almores, Anton Gaydos, Celeste (Doug) Medynskyj and the late Deidre (Ben) Tishberg. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Michael, Athancia, Evan, Ian, Katia, Merrick, Celine, and the late Orion. Dear sister of Anita (Kenneth) Anderson and the late Perry (Sue) Auld.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Merrilee's name to Alzheimer's Association, www.alzheimers.com.
Family and friends will meet Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 432 S Mitchell Ave., Arlington Heights, for visitation from 10 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Marengo, IL.
