Merrill Patricia "Patsy" Langley Pierce

Merrill Patricia “Patsy” Langley Pierce, age 87, of College Grove, TN passed away on January 20, 2025, at her home. Patsy was born August 10, 1937 to the late William Merrill and Margaret Laura Langley. Although Patsy never punched a clock, she worked hard on her farm and she was also an amateur radio operator. She was a dedicated member of Patterson Baptist Church in Rockvale, TN. Patsy never had children of her own, but God blessed her with many nieces and nephews who referred her as their Mimi. 

Patsy is survived by, her siblings; Marie White, Rick Langley, and Penny Langley; many loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; Tre Townsend, Dominic Townsend, Ashton Keck, Valerie Rozuk, Julianna Rozuk, and Harrison Rozuk; loving friends, Butch and Sherry Cunningham; and many other loving friends and family. 

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, William A. “WA” Pierce. 

Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM, Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Lawrence Funeral Home with visitation held two hours prior of the service, Tyler Donaldson will be officiating. Interment will follow at Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Tre Townsend, Dominic Townsend, Ashton Keck, Butch Cunningham, Jeremiah Lynch, and Bruce Lynch. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to, Patterson Baptist Church Building Fund.
