Lenny and family and Ruess friends, So sorry to learn of Merry Sue''s passing. So sad. She was such a beautiful gal - always with a smile and something good to say. Jim and I visited a couple of times when our families were young and we were in the Des Moines area. Always a fun time. Keep the precious memories in your hearts and let faith heal your hurts.

Lenny, the Ruess's and all your families, so sorry to read this. I remember Merry Sue as that spunky gal from high school, always smiling, and usually laughing about something. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you as you deal with these first difficult days and weeks ahead. - -Janine (Smith) Johnson, (former classmate of Lenny's), Des Moines, Iowa

Merry Sue was a dear classmate from West liberty high school class of 1972. I always remember her smile. She was so proud of her kids and grandkids. Her family and her faith brought her great joy. She will be missed, but remembered in our hearts with love
