Micah Moore, of Nederland, Texas passed away at his home in Angleton, Texas on October 22, 2024, at the age of 30.
Micah's favorite place to be was the beach, he loved the peacefulness and went frequently to clear his head. At an early age, he started going on trips to Village Creek with his grandpa, and he developed a fondness for anything outdoors. He was an avid hunter who loved chasing ducks but enjoyed shooting anything that moved. Micah loved to be outside and if mud was involved bonus points were awarded. His favorite thing in the world was his daughter, Haelynn. She was everything to him and he made sure their time together was special. They had an amazing bond.
Micah loved his friends and family with a ferocity that was matched only by his stubbornness. A man with tremendous heart who would do anything for anyone, come to rescue a friend or stranger at the drop of a hat, give his only shirt to a friend he thought in need. He was a genuine person with a kind soul and will be missed dearly. May your soul be at peace my sweet boy, until we meet again.
Micah is survived by his daughter, Haelynn Moore; girlfriend, Taylor Manley; parents, Christina and Chris Schulte, and Wilbert and Alecia Moore; grandparents, Shirley Barton, Timothy Barton, and Edwina Mattarocci; brothers, Kindall and Liam Moore, Corbin, Rylan and Hogan Schulte; niece, Lyla Moore; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A gathering of Micah's family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m., with his funeral service at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Broussard's, 505 North 12 Street, Nederland. His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont.
In lieu of flowers, we request donations be made to his daughter, Haelynn Grace's college fund as we feel that is what Micah would have wanted. Contributions may be sent via Venmo or
