To: Mrs. Amroian, Mike, Roxanne, and family:My deepest sympathy to you.
It's been some time since we've been in contact , but I have this thing of remembering only the good memories in my life and you are certainly part of that. I remember your dad as a firefighter and thinking that is so very cool, and on top of that he reminded me of a "T.V. dad" ya know the kind of guy that makes you feel good when he was around. Most dads would scare the hell out of you just for being there. Not your dad,... he was the nicest out of all our friends dads. And you guys are the luckiest of all to get to call him husband and dad. God bless,

My dad, Jack Martinez, worked with Mike in the NFFD for many years, and I remember him from my youth, both from the fire hall and from his visits to your home. He was a good man.
