Michael Atkins Obituary
Michael Jennings Atkins, 83, of Rock Hill, SC, and formerly of Dallas, NC, passed away on April 4, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth High Atkins and Jennings Dorsey Atkins, his brothers, Donald William Atkins and Timothy Travis Atkins. He is survived by his children, Christopher Michael Atkins and daughter Donna Atkins Norcross, and his grandchildren, Adam Michael Atkins and Ian Christopher Atkins.
Michael loved to laugh and make others laugh with him. Some of his favorite times were spent boating on Lake Wylie and riding his motorcycle to the Carolina coast and the North Carolina mountains.
The family will have a private celebration of life.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J Fox Parkinson’s Foundation.
