Michael A. Bargainer

Michael A. "Mike" Bargainer, 68, of Baytown, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 in Houston. He was born May 20, 1944 to his late parents, Andy Bargainer and Louise Ruby Bargainer. He was a longtime resident of Baytown, graduate of Robert E. Lee High School class of 1962 and was a retired marketing and vocational education teacher from Robert E. Lee High School. Mike also was the former co-owner, with his father, of B&M filters. Mr. Bargainer was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the Rotary Club and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The love of his family was his biggest pride. Survivors include his wife of over 48 years, Sally Bargainer of Baytown; daughter, Melissa Bargainer of Dallas; son, Clint Bargainer and his wife Karen of Houston and grandchildren, Hayden Michael Bargainer (10), Landon Wade Bargainer (7) and Reid Andrew Bargainer (5). The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Navarre Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev.
