Michael Edward "Mike" Baujan

Michael "Mike" Edward Baujan, age 72, resident of Coweta, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday morning, October 28, 2022 at his home in Coweta, Oklahoma surrounded by his family. Mike was born on May 27,1950 in Nashville, Tennessee to Francis Edward and Dorothy Ruth (Wedeking) Baujan. Mike attended school in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army from 1970-1974 including multiple tours in Vietnam. Mike married the love of his life, Teresa Gail Meeks on January 30, 1988. He worked as a Metal Building Installer for Vanguard Builders Inc. for many years. Mike enjoyed fishing, cooking, collecting rocks, watching westerns, and he loved spending time with his family.
Mike is survived by his wife, Teresa Baujan of the home in Coweta, Oklahoma; his son, Michael Baujan and wife Tina of Greenbrier, Tennessee; his daughter, Angela Hugger and husband Scott of New Port Richey, Florida; his sisters, Mary Baujan of Spring Hill, Florida, Linda Speakman of Cottontown, Tennessee, and Pat Johnson and husband Dave of Dallas City, Illinois; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Edward and Dorothy Ruth Baujan, his daughter, Pamela "Mickey" Baujan, his son, Andrew "Andy" Meeks, and his sister, Kathy Williamson.
Visitation will be from 6:00–8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta, Oklahoma. Services celebrating Mike's life will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Coweta, Oklahoma with Rev. Briar Burke officiating. Mike will be laid to rest at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, Oklahoma.
