Michael Bigham, age 70, passed away on March 3, 2025, at North Mississippi in Eupora, Mississippi. He was born at home in Choctaw County on March 8, 1954, to Ralph and Jo Alice Nickels Bigham.
Born into a family as the sixth of seven children, Michael developed a strong work ethic. He loved working outside whether it be landscaping or working with his skid steer. He had a passion for horses and cars. He was always ready to make a deal on a car or truck and you never knew what he would pull up in.
He loved his family, children, dogs and horses and they loved him back. He was a loyal friend to many and will be missed by all.
Mr. Bigham is survived by one son Toby Bigham (Shannon) of Mantee; three daughters; Lacey Meeks (Jason) of Kossuth, Maggie Petre (David) of Tupelo, Michelle Bigham Fuentez (Pedro) of Florida; two brothers Paul Bigham (Elke) of West Point and Terry Bigham (Warda) of Maben; and two sisters Mary Jo Bailey of Eupora and Becky Morris (Charlie) of Maben; eight grandchildren Memphis Beene, Hinley Meeks, Andrew Meeks, Ainsley Bigham, Holly Bigham, Tori Fuentez, Lewis Michael Fuentez, and Wylie Petre.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Alice Jo Nickels Bigham; one brother Doyle Bigham and one sister Salley Warren.
