Michael Stephen Brown, 83, husband of Jerri Griffin, of Travelers Rest, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Louise Dillard and Wayman Fulton Brown, Sr.
Mr. Brown graduated from Clemson University and later retired from Ivy Steel and Wire in Florida. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Brown is survived by his daughters, Katherine Brown and Margaret Brown, both of Greensboro, NC; a grandson, Benjamin Rakestraw; and a nephew, Ben Riddle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayman F. Brown, Jr. and Roger A. Brown; and his sister, Jane Brown Riddle.
