Michael L. Brzezinski, 74, of De Pere, passed away after a battle with cancer on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence.
Born on August 3, 1950, to Leo and Florence (Kurowski) Brzezinski, Mike was the eldest of their four children. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1968, and soon after enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a jet engine mechanic. He was stationed at K.I. Sawyer in Marquette, MI for four years. After his honorable discharge, he went to electronics school in Des Moines, Iowa. While living in Iowa, he met his wife to be, Patricia. The couple wed and went on to have two children.
Mike dedicated over 44 years to his career in electronics and information technology with companies Burroughs, Unisys, Menasha Corporation, and Bemis Company Inc. Beyond his work, he gave generously of his time and heart, serving the American Legion in Pulaski, Vietnam Veterans Association in Green Bay, Polish Heritage Society and the Pulaski Area Historical Society, Pulaski High School reunion committee, and creating booklets for the high school reunions.
He loved tinkering and fixing things and helping friends and family. In his earlier years, he loved to drag race cars at the local strip; he never lost interest in classic muscle cars. He even pointed out a 1969 Dodge Dart on his last transport to hospice. In his later years Mike loved to RV camp and pulled a few different trailers all over Wisconsin and the United States. He was a Packers fan, enjoyed the history of the Packers, working the Lambeau Field concessions for non-profit, and being a Packers shareholder.
Mike is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; his children: Brian (Kristy) Brzezinski and Diane (Alex) Greuel; two grandchildren: Lea and Abby Brzezinski; and his siblings: Jim (Nancy) Brzezinski and Marianne (Chris) Tappa. He will be missed by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister Christine (Gerald) Smurawa.
Visitation will be held at Marnocha Funeral Home, 186 E. Pulaski St. on Thursday, April 3, from 12-2 p.m. A private family graveside ceremony with military honors by Pulaski American Legion will take place immediately following the visitation at St. John Cantius Cemetery, Sobieski.
The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the Unity Hospice Team for their compassionate care during his courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Sincere condolences to Pat and family. Just learned of Mike's passing. Sad to hear. I worked with Mike at Burroughs Corp in Green Bay from 1978-81, was he and Pat's next door neighbor on Vicki Ln for 5+ years. Enjoyed working with Mike, he had a great sense of humor, was very knowledgeable in his field, and enjoyed learning.... Will miss him. God bless.

I was so happy to have met Mike. He was a warm, caring, friend. Helping so many others when they needed it.
We would sit and have a beer. He enjoyed reminiscing about his time in Air Force. Keeping contact with the friends he made. Proud of his Polish heritage, and active in its Pulaski history.
My wife Linda, our dog Gracie, and myself will never forget his friendship.
