Michael J. Buckley 58, of Peabody passed away October 18th 2024. The son of the late Michael John Buckley and Rosalie (Salerno). Michael was born and raised in Malden. Michael was the beloved husband of Denise (Culleton), the two married in 1992 and settled down in Peabody to raise their beautiful family, Nicolette, Alexandra and Michael. When he wasn't spending time being a great father, Michael had a very strong work ethic. He spent many years as a Firefighter for the City of Malden as well as working at U.S Fuel. When he was not working, he would spend his free time enjoying the company of his family and friends.
Michael is survived by his wife Denise Buckley, his mother Rosalie Buckley, his children Nicolette and husband Justin, Alexandra and fiance Michael, Michael Anthony Buckley, and his granddaughter Avianna, his sisters Michelle Parsons and husband Skip, Melissa Buckley and husband Aldo, his sister in-law Susan Culleton, brother in-law JB Culleton and wife Stephanie, as well as his nieces and nephews, Billy and Samantha Parsons, Isabella and Neena Diiorio, Madison and Robert Erkkila, Bruce and Brandon Culleton and many other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Michael J. Buckley.
Funeral services will be held at the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St, Malden on Friday October 25th at 7PM, with visitation held from 4PM to 7PM. Committal will be private.

To the Buckley and Culleton family, my deepest condolences. Mike was my friend since at least 5 yrs old. Your family holds a special place in my family's heart. You always had a time for someone in need. I'll miss you mike, another Oak Grove alumni gone way too soon.
