Michael Cangemi Obituary

Michael was a Commander United States Public Health Service and served as a doctor of dental medicine for the Federal Public Health Service until retirement. While serving, Dr. Cangemi addressed the dental needs of Public Health Service patients in many locations including the Dakotas, Arizona, Ohio and elsewhere, but his favorite posting was Alaska where he lived and served for many years. He graduated from the University of Michigan, where as an undergraduate he marched as a trumpet player for the University of Michigan. He was a kind man of strength and character.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Patricia and various nieces and nephews to include Alex (Alissa) Bartlett, Margo (Kyle) Cangemi, and Alan Medina-Gonzalez and will be greatly missed.
