Michael Parks Conroy

Michael Parks Conroy, 84, of Camarillo, California passed away on February 25, 2025.
Born on July 14th 1940 in Gilroy to Paul Edgar Conroy and Helen Parks Conroy, Michael grew up in San Jose. He married Willaine Grosh Conroy in 1969. In the 1970s Mike & Willaine moved to Camarillo where they raised a family and he spent over 40 years as a strawberry grower. In his free time he enjoyed tinkering on and cruising in his hot rod. He was a man of faith and member of the Padre Serra community. He will be missed by many.
Mike is survived by his wife of 56 years Willaine; by his son Matthew Paul Conroy and his sons Tyler Joseph Conroy and Brandon Michael Conroy ; by his daughter Samantha Laine Hambleton (Steve) and her son Derek Michael Todoroff; and by his sister Michele Lee Conroy (Alan Van Wambeck). He was preceded in death by his parents, his half-sister Bea Rea McAnallan and his daughter-in-law Judith Carolan Conroy.
Services will be on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Festive attire (Hawaiian shirts, anyone?) and hot rods are welcome. Burial Mass will be at Padre Serra Catholic Church in Camarillo at 10 a.m. Graveside service and reception at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park following the Mass. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted at Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Assn and Hospice, Suite 101, 1996 Eastman Ave, Ventura, CA 93003.
