I graduated with him in 1981 at LHHS.
I had fond memories of Mike back in the days when we were in school and years after that especially when we were into CB radio's with other friends in the area plus a trip to the Redwood flea market in town and found a toy steam engine that actually worked.

To Mikes family,
I'm so sorry for your loss and very sad to hear about Mikes passing. We were friends all through school and graduated together, class of 1981. Mike got me involved with CB radios and to join the Fire Dept... Even though I moved away in the late 80s and we only saw each other at reunions, etc. the friendship and conversation picked right up where we left off. He was a great friend,an awesome person and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Mike was a great guy, he could always be counted on if you needed help with anything. He was a wonderful friend and we loved him like family. He will be missed by many. My only memories of Mike were through my brother, Tim Terapane. Tim would be full of funny stories about the two of them working for the Electric Division. In spite of some of their antics, they were dedicated to their job, and even moreso, to each other and each other's safety. Tim loved Mike like a brother, and I know that love was reciprocated.
