Michael Dale Obituary
Michael Lee Dale “Big Daddy”, 60, Truck Driver for Marlene’s Express, and resident of Williamsport, died Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A visitation will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date. Online condolences may be extended at www.oakesandnichols.com.
Michael Lee Dale was born on December 31, 1964 in Columbia, TN to the late J.W. “Bill” Dale and the late Jane Tinker Dale. He married the love of his life Rhonda Dale and spent 39 wonderful years together. Michael enjoyed NASCAR, particularly Rusty Wallace, Tennessee Vols and New York Jets football, traveling with his family and taking his grandson to dirt track racing. He loved his daughter and had a special bond with his grandkids Bentlee and Mayce.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Dale; daughter, Ashlee (Noah) Howell; grandchildren, Bentlee Potts, Mayce Potts; sisters, Bonnie (Jerome) Clayton, Pat Beard; brothers, Jimmy (Donna) Dale, Tommy (Detria) Dale, Joe Dale; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and special friend Norman Bowen.
The family would like to give special thanks to Tennessee Oncology, and the nurses at Hospice Compassus.
