Michael Derringer Obituary
Michael attended Nevada Schools and received his AA Degree from Springfield Vatterott College. For many years he worked in healthcare as a CNA, which he loved. He was also very smart with computers and as an IT guy. Michael loved listening to heavy metal and hard rock music no matter what he was doing, loved standup comedy, and was an avid player of Dungeons & Dragons (his most favorite hobby). Known to be a good listener, he was also a person who had the ability to change your mood with a joke or a hug.
Survivors include his brother, Robert Derringer of Bolivar; a sister, Melissa Derringer of Nevada; niece, Rebecca; and four nephews, Rylan, Vincent, Wesly, and William; two great-nieces, Quinn and Vivlin, whom he was so very proud of. He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December the 8th, 2024 at the Eagles Lodge (main hall) in Nevada from 1-4:00 p.m.
