Michael "Mick" Dulany, 71, of Platteville, passed away on July 25, 2025 at home surrounded by family. He was born to Junior and Milly (Slavik) Dulany on May 3, 1954 in Longmont, Colorado.
He met and later married the love of his life, Sue Mika on February 16, 1980 in Longmont, Colorado.
He worked for IBM/Lexmark for over 47 years and truly enjoyed it.
Mick was the definition of a family man, he loved his family especially his kids and grandkids. Whether it was playing Barbies, cars, or the forever loved grandpasaurus with his grandkids. He loved going fishing, hunting, to the racetrack, cooking, and making people laugh in any situation. He was a great person to have around when you needed something fixed, as he was a jack of all trades, from woodworking to car repairs, he could handle it all. He was a diehard Bronco fan and loved them through the good and bad seasons.
He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and loved him.
Mick is survived by his wife, Sue; children, Sondra Lee, Fawn Dulany, and Michael (Alex) Dulany; three grandchildren, Autumn, Tessa, and Quintin; Siblings, John Dulany, Cindy (Danny) Workman, Mary (Scott) Spragg, Lynda Dulany, Carly Carter, Tina Dulany, and Les Carter, and a large extended friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his mother Milly and step father Jack Briggs, brother, Ted Dulany, niece Laura Holcomb, nephews Curtis Dulany, and Jeremy Naley.
