Michael Leonard Dupin, 75, of Lake Charles, Louisiana died Saturday August 23, 2025, doing what he loved; riding his Harley.

He was born in Lake Charles on August 11, 1950 with his twin brother Patrick, and raised in Westlake with his beloved 10 siblings. He attended Westlake High School and then became a truck driver for Tom Hicks in Lake Charles. Later, he became a Master Diesel Mechanic by trade and could fix anything he put his hands on. For several years he worked as a Mechanic for Enterprise Transportation Co in Baton Rouge, as well as Wooten Construction in Lake Charles. He was the primary long term caregiver of his Mother Ruth Dupin and Aunt Mary Kelley until they passed away.

Mike was an avid gun enthusiast, loved his four wheeler, motorcycles, fishing, hunting, helping people, funny t-shirts and had the fastest zero turn in town.

Mike is survived by his three children, Brittany Midence (Rey), Christopher Dupin and Jonathan Dupin as well as one Granddaughter, Caroline Midence.

Mike is also survived by his siblings, Sidney Dupin, Shirley Hawley (Bob), Sybil Leger (Mike), Carolyn Fullington, Patrick Dupin, and Nancy Richard (Joe), along with many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his father Jesse Joseph Dupin, Mother Ruth Goss Dupin, two sisters Patricia Benoit and Jessie Mae Pujol, and two brothers James Dupin and Kenneth Dupin.

Services will be announced at a later date.
