The family mournfully announce the passing of Michael Anthony Easler, of Boiling Springs, on October 2, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.
Michael was born on September 15th, 1956 in Spartanburg, SC. As a trained chemist and lover of learning he finished his Bachelor's Degree in education at Limestone College and began his teaching career. He had a lifelong love of sports (particularly tennis), the beach, and most importantly his family.
He is predeceased by his Mother, Florence Emma Keeney Easler, Father, James Whittier Easler, and sister, Barbara Easler Greider. He is survived by his wife Mariz Easler. In addition, his former wife Andrea Easler, their daughter Ashley Easler Landon, son-in-law Brian Landon, grandchildren Lizzy, Maddie, and EJ Landon, sister Cathy Elliotte of Chesnee, brothers Jimmy Easler of Greenville, and Edward Easler of Georgia. As well as, many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Family and friends are welcomed to the Harris-Nadeau Mortuary in Chesnee, SC on Monday October, 7th from 6:00-8:00 pm for a celebration of life service and family visitation.
All arrangements are entrusted into the care and under the direction of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary, 864-461-7788.
