TROY Michael P. Faele, 64, of Tampa Ave. passed away Wednesday September 24, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bronx he was the son of the late Cosimo and Adeline Faele. He was educated in schools in Copiague, Long Island.

Michael had been employed for 30 years for Bonded Concrete Co. and retired 3 years ago. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 294. He was a veteran of the National Guard and was an Army Ranger.

He enjoyed car races, model cars, music, cruises, boating and working in his yard.

Survivors include his longtime companion Lynn Hamilton, his children, Kristal-Brooke Washburn (Steven), Corey M. Faele, Briana M. Faele (Prateek), Danae O'Brien (Mike), Devin Siewert (Mike) and Daniel Whited (Brooke). He is the brother of Margaret Capogna (Loreto), Maria Pitocco (Giovanni) and Louis Faele (Patricia). He is the proud grandfather of Harper Washburn, Daenerys Siewert, Daniel and Claire Whited.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 4, 2025 at 4 pm at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte. 32), Waterford.

Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 1-4 pm prior to the service.

I got to know Mike more during his illness and he truly was a great man! I´ve known Lynn his better half for 42 years. We have always kept in contact all these yrs. We went out the four of us a few yrs. ago and had a great time!
For awhile now I´ve come over every day to see how Mike was doing and checking on Lynn and spent memorable times with Mike and Lynn. Mike was such a caring kind person. He will be greatly missed.
I am so happy I got to be with him the day before he passed away and to be by myself to say goodbye to him. It was heartbreaking, and especially for Lynn. I was at their house the day he passed but he passed during the early morning hrs.
RIP Mike. You are no longer suffering and no more pain. You are in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ in eternal peace.
