We were shocked and saddened to hear about the passing of our dear friend and colleague. I'll always remember Mike as a Patriot and it is fitting for him to be buried at Arlington. Our memories of fun times with Mike and Charlotte are cherished.

Please know how very saddened we are at Mike's passing. Mike was such a tremendous person; a great leader, husband and father. He was also my very dear friend. I will miss his smile, hugs, care and generosity to our great county. He gave so much and was truly a living example of leadership.
