Michael Ray Frazier

Michael Ray Frazier, 51, of Ruckersville, VA, passed on February 1st, 2026 following a heart attack on January 24th, 2026.

Michael was born in Charlottesville, VA on March 3rd, 1974. He graduated from Western Albemarle High School.

Michael was married to Regenia Marie Frazier (Berry) on May 16th, 1998; they were married 27 years.

Michael worked as a self-employed painting contractor. He enjoyed hunting, watching sports, and traveling with his family.

Michael's life was lived to do nothing more than to point others to Christ. His walk with Jesus led Michael to love all those around him. His desire for everyone he knows, met, and would never meet was that they would experience the life changing grace of the Gospel. He always made sure he carried Bible tracts wherever he went to hide as a way to spread the Gospel to those in unsuspecting places. This, he felt, was his calling, and as such, he prayed that it would make a difference in every person's life that picked up one of these tracts.

Michael is survived by his wife, Regenia Frazier; son, Kevin Frazier; daughter-in-law, Sarah Jane Frazier; brother, Anthony Frazier; nephew, Ryan Frazier; and niece, Kierstyn Frazier. In addition, Michael is survived by all his dearly loved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends that all meant the world to him.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Frazier and Beulah (Garrison) Frazier.

A visitation time for family and close friends will be held from 5–7pm on February 5, 2026 at Hill & Wood Funeral Home in Ruckersville (15075 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968).

The funeral service will be held at 11am on February 6, 2026 at Bethel Baptist Church (6262 Hoover Road, Reva, VA 22735).
