Michael Gentert Obituary
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Lostant. Arrangements are entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home, Lostant
Mr. Gentert was born March 7, 1959 in Streator to Edward and Irene (Roth) Gentert. He was a graduate of Lostant High School and Illinois Valley Community Hospital. He worked as a manager at Olive Garden.
Survivors include two brothers, Charles Gentert of Lostant and Stephen Gentert of Burlington, WI; a nephew, David (fiancee, Alexis Wheaton) Gentert of Elkhorn, WI; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jerome Gentert.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

My condolences to the family. I worked with Mike back in the Bonanza (steakhouse) days. We had a lot of fun at work and outside of work. A gang of us did some crazy stuff together! Rest in peace Mike. You were a great person!
