Michael Grosso Obituary
After an extended period of suffering medical conditions and deuteriation; Michael Grosso, succumbed to Peace on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at home under Hospice care and the loving care of Melanie (sister), Dan (brother), and Pat (his mother whom he lived with).
Michael was born on November, 5, 1966, to Patricia Verno Grosso and the late Charles Grosso in Erie.
The eldest of seven children: Matthew (deceased), Timothy (deceased), Daniel (Heather), Patrick (Columbus, OH), Melanie (Michael) Aliquippa, PA, and one miscarried child, Angelo/Angela. He was uncle to four nieces as well.
For forty plus years, he worked in the culinary arts. Chef Michael was a member of the American Culinary Federation and a member of the Cascade Park Club. His last employer was "That Place".
His affinity was drumming, music, and sports (especially the Miami Dolphins, Phila. Flyers, and the Erie Rugby Club), playing golf, and was always enjoying nature and wildlife at Presque Isle Park (even in the Winter).
He will be interred at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Erie, PA on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Funeral Home, Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd, Erie, PA 16506.

Michael was a fantastic chef. He catered my wedding. The guests talked about the food for months.
He was also very pleasant, patient and funny at times. May his family find peace in their faith during this difficult time.
