THOMASTON - It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the family of Michael Joseph Grosso Jr., age 55, share the news of his tragic passing, due to injuries sustained in an accident, on Saturday, May 17, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Heather (Strobel) Grosso, whom he had been married to for 28 wonderful years.
Funeral Services for Michael will be held on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. when a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Thomas Roman Catholic Church, 1 East Main Street, Thomaston, CT 06787. All those planning to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects and visit the Grosso family on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Casey- O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street, Oakville, CT 06779. To honor Michael's memory and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital at: https://donate.lovetotherescue.org/give/ .
