Michael Ray Holcombe

Michael Ray Holcombe passed away on March 7th, 2024 in Greenville, SC.  Born on October 26, 1955, to the late Jesse and June Holcombe.  Ray is survived by his daughter Sonya (Jason) Hamm, his adored grandson Andrew Hamm, and his cherished granddaughter Lindsey Hamm.  Ray was also a proud great-grandfather to Kai Ruiz, whom he brought immense joy in his later years.  Ray is also survived by his sister Vicki (Ken) Bagwell, brother Charles (Judy) Holcombe, also his best friend Chief, who will miss him dearly.  He was predeceased by his brother, Danny Holcombe who was missed immensely, and his sister Kim Holcombe, and his parents. 

Ray was a retiree of Southern Sales after a long tenure.  Ray was a quiet soul and his memory will be treasured and kept alive through his countless stories and jokes.  His absence will be deeply felt but the jokes and joy he brought into the world will continue to resonate with all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
