Michael Todd "Mikey" Jourden

Michael Todd "Mikey" Jourden, 34, of Lexington, Indiana passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023, with his family by his side. He was born on March 31, 1989, in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of Thomas Edward Jourden and Kathy Anne (Garry) Stewart. Mikey attended Scottsburg School Systems. He was a member of the West Side Baptist Church in Salem, Indiana. Mikey enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his daughter, Natalie. One of their favorite activities together was to make Mikey's famous cheesy eggs and homemade pizzas. He was an avid sports fan and loved Indiana basketball and the San Francisco 49ers. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Retha Jourden; grandfather, Patrick J. Garry; stepbrother, Anthony Wayne Stewart. Survivors include his mother, Kathy (Robert) Stewart of Lexington, Indiana; father, Tom (Linda) Jourden, Jr. of Lexington, Indiana; daughter, Natalie Marie Jourden of Salem, Indiana; three brothers, David Jourden of New Albany, Indiana, Chris Jourden of Scottsburg, Indiana, and Matthew Jourden of Lexington, Indiana; several stepbrothers and stepsisters; and nieces, Lexie and Lily. Funeral Service Friday, June 16, 2023, 12:00 noon at Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Eversole officiating. Visitation before services Friday 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Interment at Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Indiana.
