Michael Kershner Obituary
He was born October 31, 1953 in Bucks County PA, son of Helen Geiger Kershner and the late Charles Kershner.
He is survived by in addition to his mother, his wife of 36 years, Pam Goodman Kershner; son, Bryan Kershner and wife Kelsey of Matthews; a granddaughter, Maizy Kershner, and the expected birth of grandson Miles in July; a sister Michele Truax and husband Drew of Richburg, SC; nephew, Joshua Truax and Nieces, Ashley Truax and Shania Truax; and his loving companions, Louie and Hope.
Mike was a big sports fan, and a Carolina Panthers fan. He enjoyed watching all types of sports. He was a retired police officer from the Charlotte area. Mike was chief operating officer of an electronic waste recycling company, a business that he and his wife started in 2012 in Chesterfield, SC.
A celebration of his life will be Sunday May 15, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Bent Tree Plantation club house, 1774 Bent Tree Trail SW Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Samaritan's Purse or Brunswick County Humane Society.
