Michael the days of working in New England commercial real estate with all the retailers and brokers was an experience. Faithfully attending all the.ICSC conventions was fun. A lot of our other coworkers are up in the heavens and I´m sure they have greeted you.. we both had the sense to leave New England and travel to the south, you in Florida me in Texas. Say hello to all our other friends that probably greeted you when you close your eyes. For those of us who knew you you were and still are a loyal friend as we stay in Texas adios amigo.
