Michael Leonard, 76, beloved Father, Spouse, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend was called to his eternal resting place on November 5, 2023. He entered this world on March 10, 1947 in Hanover, PA, born to Austin and Kathleen Leonard. He is known for his love and devotion to God, his enjoyment of westerns, history, and time spent with family, near or far. He is survived by his children Mike Jr. and wife Lavell, Bryan, and Katie and husband John-Lucas, his grandchildren Josh, Alan, Thomas and great-grandchild Peyton. He is also survived by his brother Austin "Tom" Leonard II, and leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also touching Michael's life were all his many friends he's made along the way. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Austin, his mother, Kathleen, and his beloved wife, Nancy.
A memorial service will be held on November 18, at 3:00 PM MST., at Grace Church, 6901 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
