Michael Long Obituary
Michael worked over 40 years as a riverboat engineer for Marquette Transportation before retiring in 2021.
He is survived by one stepdaughter, Crystal Hodges Peck; two grandsons, Trey Taylor and Daniel Shelton; two granddaughters, Nicole Shelton and Tessa Taylor; five great grandsons, Kayden Cole, Rhett Taylor, Ezra Holland, Wade Taylor, and Vincent Gonzalez; one brother, John Long; and one nephew, Michael Hinkle.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Jean (Hodges) Long; parents, William Howard Long and Jessie Delores (Jordan) Lusty; one sister, Karen Hinkle; and two brothers, Paul and Roger Long.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions made toward Michael's funeral expenses, sent to Paducah Bank, 555 Jefferson St., Paducah, KY 42001.
There will be no service or visitation.
