His leadership was most evident in his roles as Chief Financial Officer or Controller for multiple organizations, where his strategic vision and financial stewardship helped navigate the complexities of modern healthcare. Beyond executive roles, Mike was a sought-after expert in healthcare consulting, eventually serving as a Partner for two prominent audit and accounting firms. Serving in a leadership capacity, he was instrumental in advancing the profession and industry and supporting the next generation of healthcare financial leaders. He will be remembered not only for his technical brilliance and professional achievements but for the integrity, mentorship, wit, and kindness he brought to every boardroom and consultation.
