Michael McEachron Obituary

Obituary
Michael McEachron was born August 22, 1957 in Topeka, KS to Marcia and Scott McEachron. He spent the first few years of his life living in Topeka with his mom, dad, Larry (brother) and Nancy (sister). His family then made the move to Colorado. Michael spent his youth enjoying all that the Colorado mountains had to offer. In 1977 Mike met the girl destined to be his forever, Diane Courtney. On May 13th, 1978 at dinner after an outdoor concert Mike asked Diane to marry him. Of course Diane said yes and on October 13th, 1979 they were married. Mike and Diane welcomed their first child, Courtney, in October 1980. Just a few years later they welcomed their second child, Brittany, in March 1983. Little did they know that their family wasn't quite complete In October 1989 they welcomed their third child, Ashley, completing their perfect little family.
Mike enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family. They loved going camping and were members of the Columbine Camping Club. He also loved to travel. In 1994, Mike and Diane took a Caribbean cruise to celebrate their anniversary. This sparked a lifelong love of cruising! Mike and his family were able to cruise all over the world together, including Hawaii, Alaska, the Caribbean, and Europe.
Mike was a man of many talents, but none were as surprising as his ability to play the bagpipes. Mike performed as a member of a pipe band and played at the Highland games. Mike won several medals for his piping abilities. He also used this incredible talent to embarrass his girls on more than one occasion.
Mike entered his eternal life on February 18th, 2022. He was greeted by his parents Marcia and Scott, brother Larry, Ann (mother-in-law), Daniel (father-in-law), and Debbie (sister-in-law). Mike is survived by his wife Diane, daughters; Courtney (Richard), Brittany (James) and Ashley (Pete), sister Nancy (Ted), Denise (sister-in-law) and Donna (sister-in-law), Daniel (brother-in-law) and his granddaughter and pudding pal Reagan.
