He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Joyce (nee: Lutz) McGurn. Michael is survived by his wife, Monique (nee: Morden) McGurn; sons, Kyle McGurn & Ian McGurn; brother, Ken (Lee Ann Stringer) McGurn; and nephew and niece, Robert McGurn & Caryce McGurn-Drzik. Services are at the convenience of the family. In Michael's memory, do your best to treat others with kindness and respect, as he would have. Memorials are suggested to the Campbell County Public Library, 1000 Highland Ave. Fort Thomas, KY. Online condolences can be given at www.dmefuneral.com.

I knew Mike since Centre College. From time to time we would get together for coffee and he always had a book about music for me or a playlist on CD.
He truly thought about other people and what could make their day better.
We all need to be more like Mike.
