Michael Eugene McHenry

Michael Eugene McHenry was born on July 13, 1945, and passed away peacefully at home on December 27, 2025. He shared his life with his wife, Katheryn June McHenry, and together they raised three children: Alexandria Louise Stevens, Gwendalyn Anne McHenry, and Gregory Michael McHenry.

Michael was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, lovingly blessed with 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. A carpenter by trade and an outdoorsman at heart, he lived a life defined by hard work, humility, and quiet strength. His steady presence, kindness, and deep love for his family reflected a life guided by faith and integrity.

A fifth-generation Californian, Michael spent most of his life in Sonora, California, where he built both his livelihood and lasting relationships. Family was always at the center of his life, and in his final days he was surrounded by care, comfort, and love.

Michael Eugene McHenry is now at peace and reunited with loved ones who went before him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. His legacy lives on through his family and in the hearts of all who knew him.
