Michael (Mick) Clement, 78, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. A loving husband and father, a dedicated teacher, a passionate cook, an avid sports fan (football and basketball), and someone who cared about others. His favorite Sinatra song was "My Way", which exactly how he lived his life. He showed his love for family and countless lifetime friends by making sure they were well fed and listened to.
Mick is survived by his wife, Cathy, his son, Jake, as well as his two brothers Rick and Les. In addition, he leaves behind nieces and nephews who meant the world to him.
Charitable donations should be individuals choice.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, February 1st between the hours of 2-5 at Zoe Cocktail Bar, 579 Howard St, San Francisco. A party to celebrate his life, his family and friends. Please bring memories to share.

I am so sorry for your loss Cathy and Jake, Mick was the greatest mentor and coach for me in the seventies. Like a loving big brother, he took me golfing at least 125 times from 1974 to 1977 and prior to that, he and the other big guys at The Key pounded me into being a good basket ball player at SH.
Mary and my whole family loved Mick Clement.

Mick, you were truly an all-in-one - an extension of a beautiful friendship and a guaranteed laugh for me, all thanks to your wonderful wife, my work colleague and dear friend, Cathy. You respected the sacred sanctuary of `girl time´ without guidance but jumped in naturally at the perfect timing as the enrichment component. Classic & Wonderful Mick.
You made our darling Cathy sparkle - embracing everything that mattered to her. She adored your independence/dependence balance, your gallant gentleman care, the lovely gardens you created & manicured; and you did it with humor, heart, and enthusiasm. The pride you had in Jake - wow. The deep & genuine friendship you two shared was heartwarming, special, and something that will always make people smile inside & out. Thanks for the laughs, the love, and the joy you brought into this world and my heart. Such rich life investments that will be forever & always in our heads & our hearts.
