Michael (Mike) Marshall Brown, 80, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 in Lubbock, TX.
Mike was born on July 8, 1945, to Vincent E. Brown and Martha Lane Brown in Lubbock, TX.
He graduated from Slaton High School in 1963. He Then attended Texas Tech University and obtained two degrees: bachelor of art and a bachelor of science. He spent many happy years being a teacher.
He had an intense love of Triumph motorcycles from the first ride in college, that only grew with time. He was also an avid Texas Tech supporter, from education and academics to sports. He never missed a Red Raider football game.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a sister, Kathy Brown Mady of Amarillo; a niece, Kim Mady of Amarillo; a great-nephew, Blayne Mady and his wife Becka of Amarillo; and great-niece, Bayley Spies and her husband Caden of Amarillo.
