Michael Mollis Obituary

Published by Legacy on Oct. 1, 2025.
Michael Edward Mollis Junior, a beloved golf professional, devoted husband, and proud father of three daughters, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Monday, September 8, 2025. Known for his unwavering dedication to his family, a revered figure in the golfing community, and his warm, generous spirit, he leaves behind a legacy of excellence both on and off the course.
Born with a natural talent for golf, Mike spent decades inspiring others through his coaching, mentorship, and competitive spirit at several golf courses, Triggs Memorial, Citrus Springs, Deltona, Marco Island, Golden Oak and Deerfield Lakes. His love for the game and his profession was matched only by his love for his family. He instilled in them a strong work ethic, a loving and forgiving heart, and quick wit and sense of humor, always offering wisdom, and sharing laughter with friends and family.
He joins his sister Priscilla in eternal rest. He is survived by his loving wife, Camille Mollis, who stood by his side through every fairway and rough patch; and his cherished sister Pamela, whose bond with him was one of deep affection and lifelong friendship. His memory will live on in the hearts of his daughters, Dr. Gina Sevigny, Donna Richardson, Stephanie Krueger; his seven grandchildren, Drew, Lauren, Elizabeth, Michael, Ryan, Kate, and Allison; extended family; friends; and the countless lives he touched through his passion for life and family.
A Funeral service will be held to honor his life at Our Lady of Lourdes (1014 N. Halifax Ave., Daytona Beach, FL, 32118) at 11:00 am on Friday, September 19, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation (PMSF.org).
